一、isda协议是什么

isda协议是国际掉期与衍生品协会（InternationalSwapsandDerivativesAssociation）为国际场外衍生品交易提供的标准协议文本及其附属文件。

国际掉期和衍生品协会成立于1985年，目前有800多个会员，来自56个国家，其分支机构遍及美国、欧洲、香港、新加坡和东京。

isda协议文件包括主协议（MasterAgreement）、附件（Schedule）、信用支持附件（CSA）、交易确认书（TransactionConfirmations）以及各类产品定义。

到目前为止，主协议有1987年、1992年和2002年三个版本。
